About Cellstream
We stock the mobile gear we actually use.
Cellstream Co. started in 2019 out of a garage in Columbus, Ohio, with one frustration: half the “phone accessories” sold online are either knockoffs, grey-market stock, or rebadged nobody-brand hardware that falls apart in six months.
So we built a small retailer that goes the other direction. We only carry products from brands we’d use ourselves — Anker, Nomad, Peak Design, Belkin, OtterBox, Apple, and a few others — sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributor, never from Amazon re-sellers or bulk liquidators.
Our selection rules
Three questions before anything makes it into the catalog:
- Would we use it every day? If nobody on the team wants to carry it in their bag, it’s out.
- Does the spec sheet match reality? We bench-test every cable, every charger, every case before it goes on the site. If it claims 140W PD and only delivers 100W, we don’t list it.
- Is the brand’s warranty actually honored? If a manufacturer is difficult about replacements, we won’t stock them — customers shouldn’t have to fight for a $20 cable replacement.
How we ship
Everything ships from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same afternoon via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground — most U.S. addresses see their order in 2-3 business days. International orders go out within 48 hours and take 6-12 business days depending on destination.
Who’s behind this
We’re a team of six — two in purchasing, two in operations, one in support, one in the warehouse. Between us we’ve been buying bad phone accessories for two decades, which is a long enough runway to know exactly what to avoid. If you have a question that our support team can’t answer, our founder Daniel still reads every escalation personally.
