U.S. shipping

• USPS Ground Advantage (free over $49): 2–5 business days
• UPS Ground ($7.95 flat under $49): 2–5 business days
• UPS 2-Day Air ($14.95): 2 business days
• UPS Next Day Air ($29.95): 1 business day — order by 2pm ET

Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days ship the same afternoon. Orders placed after, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

International

We ship to Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most of Asia via DHL Express (typically 4–8 business days). Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout — no surprise bills from the carrier.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking email the moment the label prints, and another when it’s been picked up by the carrier. If tracking hasn’t updated 48 hours after you got a ship notice, email hello@cellstream.shop and we’ll investigate.

Undeliverable addresses

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll email you to confirm the correct address and re-ship at no cost. If the address is correct and the carrier misdelivered, we’ll file a claim and send a replacement.
