Who we are

Cellstream Co. is a U.S. retailer based in Columbus, Ohio. By using this site or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and do not include state sales tax (calculated at checkout based on your shipping address). We reserve the right to cancel an order if: (a) a pricing error occurs, (b) the item becomes unexpectedly unavailable, or (c) we detect fraud. In any of those cases we’ll refund you in full within one business day.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. Card details are processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers on our servers. You warrant that any payment method you use belongs to you.

Shipping & risk of loss

Once a package is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it — practically, this means we send a replacement immediately and file the claim on our end.

Returns

See our Returns policy. In short: 30 days, unused in original packaging, refund to original method, no restocking fees.

Warranty

Every product we sell is covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty. Cellstream Co. does not extend or replace that warranty; we do, however, help you file claims on products you bought from us for as long as that product is under manufacturer warranty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any connected system, (c) use the site to place orders that you do not intend to pay for, or (d) resell products purchased from us without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellstream Co.’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute arising under them shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
